Class Format
● 1-Hour Class Format: A complete session designed to uplift your body, mind, and spirit is 60 minutes.
● Daily Devotional & Prayer: We begin with the AA/NA daily reflection to inspire your day and follow with a group prayer for connection and focus.
● Dynamic Warm-Up: A 5-minute bodyweight warm-up to get our bodies ready and reduce injury risk.
● Exercise Demonstrations: I give clear instructions on the day’s 6 exercises, ensuring proper form and understanding.
○ 2 Upper Body Exercises ○ 2 Lower Body Exercises ○ 2 Core Exercises
● 40-Minute Workout: We complete a structured routine combining strength, resistance, and bodyweight movements to build muscle and endurance. ○ All equipment provided.
● 5-Minute Finisher: We give a final burst of effort to challenge and energize ourselves before cooling down.
● Faith & Community Focus: We receive and give encouragement and motivation in a faith-centered, recovery-supportive group.
