Class Format

1-Hour Class Format: A complete session designed to uplift your body, mind, and spirit is 60 minutes.

Dynamic Warm-Up: A 5-minute bodyweight warm-up to get our bodies ready and reduce injury risk.

Exercise Demonstrations: I give clear instructions on for all exercises, ensuring proper form and understanding, including modifications.

○ 2 Upper Body Exercises ○ 2 Lower Body Exercises ○ 2 Core Exercises (may vary)

40-Minute Workout: We complete a structured routine combining strength, resistance, and bodyweight movements to build muscle and endurance. ○ All equipment and musi provided.

5-Minute Finisher: We give a final burst of effort to challenge and energize ourselves before cooling down.
